As a certified Radon Measurement Technician (license #24GI001880), Mike Blackwell has years of experience performing radon tests during real estate transactions. He also performs these tests for daycares, schools, multi-family buildings, and commercial properties. After the 1st Year and before the end of the 2nd year, mechanical systems are still under the builder’s warranty. After Year 2 ends and until the 10th year, major structural defects are still covered.
